Some Changes

I made a change to the blog to make it open for the public to read, but only authors can post and only members can comment on posts.

If there is anyone who dislikes that everyone can see the blog, I can set the search parameters to where this blog doesn't get picked up on search engines or rarely does.

I'd like people to be able to see the blog so they can decide whether they'd like to join or not, and then we can vote as authors as to who is allowed to post and who isn't and who is allowed to comment and who isn't.  I am pretty sure I can block people from commenting if I need to, but I'm not entirely sure. I'll have to check up on that.
